Same-Day Pillow Delivery in Denver: How It Works

Standard shipping takes 5–8 business days. In much of the Denver metro, a MOSO pillow can be on your bed tonight. Here's exactly how local delivery works, straight from our shipping policy.

Where we deliver

Same-day hand delivery covers the Denver area from Centennial in the south to Westminster in the north. That's a long stretch of the metro, running from the south suburbs, through central Denver, up to the north side.

If you're not sure whether your address is in the area, email us at admin@mosopillow.com before you order. Include your address or nearest cross streets.

Order by 1 PM MT

Orders placed by 1 PM Mountain Time are delivered the same day. That applies every day of the week, weekends included, because same-day hand delivery runs 7 days a week.

Holiday note: same-day delivery doesn't run on Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, New Year's Eve or New Year's Day.

Pick a lunch-break order and the pillow lands the same day. A Saturday morning order is delivered that day too. The cutoff is 1 PM MT every day.

After 1 PM

Orders placed after 1 PM are delivered within 24 hours. So an order at 6 PM on a Tuesday arrives within 24 hours of that order.

How you'll know we're on the way

Please include a phone number with your order. We use it to text your ETA, so you know when to expect us.

A few tips for a smooth drop-off

• Double-check the address, including apartment or unit numbers and any gate or building notes.
• Use a phone number that gets texts. That's how the ETA reaches you.
• Ordering for someone else? Use their delivery address and a phone number that can receive the ETA text, so the right person gets the message.
• Ordering late in the day? Remember the 1 PM MT cutoff. After that, delivery is within 24 hours.

Outside the delivery area

Outside Centennial to Westminster, our standard shipping terms apply. From the shipping policy:
- Free standard shipping on all U.S. orders over $99 (before coupons and discounts). Shipping for orders under $99 is calculated at checkout.
- Most orders are processed and shipped within 2 business days, and standard delivery typically takes 5–8 business days. Allow up to 14 business days during peak times, weather delays or carrier disruptions.
- We ship with UPS, USPS and FedEx, to residential addresses and P.O. boxes, and email a tracking number when the order ships.
- Rush shipping options are available at checkout.
- International orders don't qualify for free shipping.
