At MOSO, we’re committed to delivering a luxury sleep experience—from the moment you place your order to the moment your pillow arrives.
Order Processing & Delivery Times
• Most orders are processed and shipped within 2 business days.
• Standard delivery typically takes 5–8 business days.
• Please allow up to 14 business days for delivery during peak times, weather delays, or carrier disruptions.
Shipping Rates & Free Shipping
• We offer free standard shipping on all U.S. orders over $99 (before coupons and discounts).
• Shipping costs for orders under $99 are calculated at checkout.
• International orders do not qualify for free shipping.
Carriers & Shipping Methods
• We ship via UPS, USPS, and FedEx, selecting the most cost-effective option at the time of your order.
• We ship to P.O. boxes and residential addresses.
• Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number automatically via email.
Expedited & Rush Shipping
• Rush shipping options are available at checkout.
• If you need additional shipping arrangements, please email us at admin@mosopillow.com with your order number and we’ll be happy to assist.
Lost or Stolen Packages
Once an order has been marked as delivered by the carrier, MOSO BLACK LLC is not responsible for lost or stolen packages.
• If your tracking shows “delivered” but you haven’t received your order, we recommend checking with neighbors and confirming with the carrier first.
• If your package appears to be missing, please contact us at admin@mosopillow.com within 5 business days of the delivery date. We’ll do our best to help you file a claim with the carrier or explore resolution options.
